據(jù)道瓊斯5月23日消息，俄氣和意大利埃尼公司周五同意修訂雙方簽署的天然氣供應(yīng)協(xié)議條款。

埃尼在新聞公告中稱，這份在俄羅斯簽署的協(xié)議將通過(guò)改變價(jià)格指數(shù)降低埃尼公司支付的價(jià)格，從而與市場(chǎng)價(jià)格保持一致。條款應(yīng)用將追溯至今年初開始執(zhí)行。

埃尼正在就所有的長(zhǎng)期天然氣供應(yīng)合同進(jìn)行重新談判，今年已經(jīng)與挪國(guó)油達(dá)成一項(xiàng)協(xié)議。

北美天然氣供應(yīng)的大幅增加以及歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)疲軟導(dǎo)致的需求下降已經(jīng)降低了現(xiàn)貨市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格，但是埃尼和其他公司被迫按長(zhǎng)期合同的要求高價(jià)從它們的供應(yīng)商中購(gòu)買天然氣。

Gazprom, Eni Agree to Revise Terms of Gas-Supply Deal

Gazprom and Eni SpA agreed Friday to revise the terms of the agreement by which the Russian behemoth supplies gas to Italy's largest energy company by market value.

The agreement, signed in Russia, reduces the price Eni pays by changing the price indexation to bring it in line with market prices, Eni said in a news release. The terms apply retroactively to the beginning of this year.

Eni is in the process of renegotiation all its long-term gas supply contracts and this year reached an agreement with Norway's Statoil ASA.
