中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊據(jù)俄羅斯N.O.G.E.網(wǎng)站5月20日波德戈里察報(bào)道，來自美國、奧地利、意大利、俄羅斯、希臘和英國的6家公司日前在黑山共和國授予海上油氣勘探租借區(qū)的公開招標(biāo)中提交了3份報(bào)價(jià)。
由美國馬拉松石油公司和奧地利油氣集團(tuán)組成的國際財(cái)團(tuán)提交了一份報(bào)價(jià)。由意大利埃尼公司和俄羅斯諾瓦泰克公司組成的國際財(cái)團(tuán)提交了第2份報(bào)價(jià)。由希臘Energean油氣公司和英國地中海油氣公司組成的國際財(cái)團(tuán)提交了第3份報(bào)價(jià)。
黑山共和國經(jīng)濟(jì)部長20日對媒體記者說，提交報(bào)價(jià)的6家公司在2013年共獲得了700多億美元的收入，其中利潤為100億美元。這6家公司在全球80多個(gè)國家里有業(yè)務(wù)。
他強(qiáng)調(diào)說：“考慮到業(yè)務(wù)的全球性質(zhì)以及這些公司的參照，我們可以說，開發(fā)黑山共和國油氣工業(yè)的第一階段已經(jīng)成功完成。”
他補(bǔ)充說，評標(biāo)和選擇合作伙伴的過程將在今年年底前結(jié)束。

Six companies from the USA, Austria, Italy, Russia, Greece and Great Britain submitted three offers at the public tender for awarding concessions for oil and gas exploitation in the offshore of Montenegro,. The companies are:
- Marathon Oil Corporation (USA) and OMV (Austria) - joint offer; - Consortium: EniS.p.A (Italy) and Novatek, (Russia); - Consortium: Energean Oil & Gas (Greece) and Mediterranean Oil & Gas (Great Britain).
The companies that have submitted offers generated more than 70 billion dollars in total in 2013 and made a profit of 10 billion dollars. They have operations in more than 80 countries worldwide, Economy Minister Vladimir Kavari? told the press earlier today.
“Given the global nature of the business, as well as the references of these companies, we can say the first phase in developing oil and gas industry in Montenegro has been completed successfully,“ he emphasised.
